基于PLC的刮吸泥机污水处理控制系统的研究

A Study on Sewage Treatment Control System Based on PLC Scraper

以现有的刮吸泥机污水处理设备为研究对象,研究设计了一套基于PLC的控制系统,根据所需实现的功能,设计控制系统的硬件设备选型与操作控制系统。对系统进行测试,测试结果显示系统达到了最初的设计目标,可实现对污水处理设备的控制与污水状态的监控,对污水处理控制系统的研究具有重要参考意义。

Taking the existing sewage treatment equipment of scraper and suction machine as the research object, a set of control system based on PLC is studied and designed. According to the required functions, the hardware equipment selection and operation control system of the control system are designed. The test results show that the system has achieved the initial design goal, can realize the control of sewage treatment equipment and the monitoring of sewage status, and has important reference significance for the research of sewage treatment control system.
