摘要 为降低带式输送机因张力异常或者摩擦生热导致的断带、跑偏、打滑等故障,在对其故障机理和表象进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新的带式输送机运行安全监控系统。该系统集运行监测、异常识别、故障分析和自动报警于一体,可有效实现对输送机运行故障的预防和处理。根据实际应用表明,新的输送机运行安全监测系统能够将运行故障降低84.8%,将输送机的运行速度提升了11.4%,有效增强了输送机在井下运行的稳定性和可靠性。 In order to reduce the failure of belt conveyor due to abnormal tension or friction heat, a new safety monitoring system for belt conveyor operation is put forward on the basis of analyzing its fault mechanism and appearance. The system integrates operation monitoring, abnormal identification, fault analysis and automatic alarm,and effectively realizes the prevention and treatment of conveyor operation failure. According to the practical application, the new safety monitoring system of conveyor operation can reduce the running fault by 84.8%, increase the running speed of conveyor by 11.4%, and effectively enhance the stability and reliability of conveyor in underground operation.
