摘要
针对目前多级带式输送机综合调速控制系统调速滞后性大、稳定性差以及多级输送机系统运行时速度波动大、电能消耗大的现状,提出了一种新的输送机综合调速控制系统。该系统以组合式带速监测装置为基础,实现对各输送机机组运行带速的监测,以煤量-带速匹配为核心,实现对输送机组运行状态的灵活调整。根据实际应用表明,新的输送机综合调速控制系统能够将输送机平均运行带速降低37.2%,将输送机运行时的电能消耗降低41.8%,显著提升输送机系统运行时的稳定性和经济性。
In view of the current situation of large speed lag and poor stability of multi-stage belt conveyor comprehensive speed control system, large speed fluctuation and large power consumption of multi-stage belt conveyor system, a new conveyor comprehensive speed control system is proposed. Based on the combined belt speed monitoring device, the belt speed of each conveyor unit is monitored, Based on the coal quantity belt speed matching as the core,the flexible adjustment of the running state of the conveyor unit is realized. According to the practical application, the new conveyor integrated speed control system can reduce the average running belt speed of the conveyor by 37.2%,reduce the power consumption of the conveyor by 41.8%, and significantly improve the stability and economy of the conveyor system.
