掘进机截割部控制系统的设计分析

摘要 针对综掘工作面用掘进机巷道成形质量差、工作效率低、控制精度差的问题,以实时控制器为主控单元,完成掘进机截割部控制系统的设计。在详细分析掘进机自动截割控制策略的基础上,进行硬件、软件设计。实际应用结果表明,该控制系统在巷道成形、控制精度等方面效果显著,提高了掘进机截割工作效率,具有推广使用价值。 Aiming at the problems of poor forming quality, low working efficiency and poor control precision of roadheader in fully mechanized working face, the control system of cutting part of roadheader is designed with real-time controller as the main control unit. Based on the detailed analysis of automatic cutting control strategy of roadheader, hardware and software design are carried out. The practical application results show that the control system has remarkable effect on roadway forming and control precision, which improves the cutting efficiency of roadheader and has the value of popularization and use.
