摘要
为提高煤炭生产安全性能,改善工人作业环境,研究了采煤机位置监测技术、基于瓦斯浓度和顶板压力监测的调速技术、基于煤岩识别的液压系统滚筒自动调高技术、记忆截割技术等采煤机自动控制技术等采煤机自动控制关键技术,以期对煤矿企业进行采煤机升级改造和发展规划提供借鉴。
In order to improve the safety performance of coal production and the working environment of workers, the key technologies of automatic control system are studied, such as the position monitoring technology of shearer, the speed regulation technology based on gas concentration and roof pressure monitoring, the drum automatic height adjustment technology of hydraulic system based on coal rock identification, and the memory cutting technology in order to provide reference for coal mining enterprises to upgrade and develop shearer.
