介绍了公路工程中的机械设备管理与维修现状,分析了机械设备管理与维修问题的影响因素,并以此为基础,从细化管理指标、增加保养力度、人力资源管理三个角度提出了较有针对性的运维管理措施,以提高了管理效率与维修水平,促进公路工程的全要素生产率。

This paper introduces the present situation of mechanical equipment management and maintenance in highway engineering, analyzes the influencing factors of mechanical equipment management and maintenance problems, and analyzes them from three angles: refining management index, increasing maintenance strength and human resource management.This paper puts forward more targeted operation and maintenance management measures,which not only improve the management efficiency and maintenance level, but also promote the total factor productivity of highway engineering.
