摘要
分析了皮带机在高速运转条件下托辊装置出现的纵向谐振问题,提出了适用于皮带机高速运转的托醌方案,将新型的密封技术、轴承产品应用于新型托醌装置的制备,对新型托醌装置的旋转阻力、径向圆跳动、轴向载荷等性能参数进行了试验;根据矿井聚合物阻燃性标准,对新型托醌装置的管体进行了酒精灯燃烧试验;试验结果均满足要求,新型高速托醌装置密封性好、噪声低、效能少,能够稳定安全运行。
The longitudinal resonance of the roller device in the high speed running condition of the belt conveyor is analyzed.The scheme of the torquin is put forward,and the new sealing technology and bearing products are applied to the preparation of the new type of the torquin device.The performance parameters of the new type of torquine device,such as rotation resistance,radial circular runout and axial load,are tested;According to the fire retardant standard of polymer in mine,the combustion test of alcohol lamp was carried out on the tube body of the new type of torquine device.The results of the test meet the requirements.The new type of high-speed quinone device has good sealing,low noise and low efficiency,and can operate stably and safely.
