针对同煤集团晋华宫矿为解决常规机型无法满足特殊使用要求的问题而研制的SGZ764/630专用刮板输送机,介绍其设计背景、设计方案,以及应用效果。应用效果表明,该SGZ764/630专用刮板输送机具有低高度、大宽度、高强度、高寿命、高稳定性的结构特点,能有效适应工作面的采煤工艺要求,适应采煤机、液压支架的配套要求,是中厚煤层高产、高效综合机械化采煤的理想输送设备。

Aiming at the SGZ764/630 special scraper conveyor developed by Jinhuagong Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group in order to solve the problem that the conventional machine can not meet the special use requirements,the design background and design scheme are introduced in order to use the application effect.The application results show that the SGZ764/630 special scraper conveyor has the structural characteristics of low height,large width,high strength,high service life and high stability.It can effectively meet the requirements of coal mining technology in this working face and the matching requirements of shearer and hydraulic support.It is an ideal conveying equipment for high-yield and efficient comprehensive mechanized coal mining in medium thick coal seam.
