压缩油桶压力机机身的静力学分析及结构优化

摘要 采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析的方式对压力机机身的静力学性能进行分析,建立了机身结构模型,依据压力机的运行状态施加相应的载荷作用及约束。通过仿真分析可知,在机身上横梁和拉紧螺栓连接的位置存在着一定的应力集中现象,需增加连接板的厚度,机身的上横梁、立柱及底座整体的应力值及变形量较小,可对其结构进行一定的轻型化设计,从而更好地提升压力机的性能。 The static performance of the press frame is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis method,and the frame structure model is established.According to the operation state of the press,the corresponding load and constraints are imposed.Through the simulation analysis,it can be seen that there is a certain stress concentration phenomenon at the connection position of the upper crossbeam and the tension bolt of the fuselage,the thickness of the connecting plate needs to be increased,and the overall stress value and deformation of the upper crossbeam,the column and the base of the fuselage are small,so the structure can be lightweight designed to better improve the performance of the press.
