摘要 从大采高采煤工作面矿压动载显现、煤壁容易出现片帮等问题入手,以某煤矿开采7.0 m的大采高实践为基础,对大采高相关的液压式支架类型及护帮的结构特征对围岩具有的适应性进行分析,并对其结构的设计优化和相关适应性改变进行探讨。结果显示:掩护式两柱大采高的支架强度比四柱式的支架要大,支架四连柱的稳定掩护机构具有更好的受力性;分体的伸缩梁和护帮板结构在护帮能力、可靠性能及合力的作用位置等方面,都比连体伸缩梁与护帮更有优势;通过对双伸缩抗冲击立柱及高压型升柱控制系统进行优化设计,使大采高的液压式支架在围岩适应性方面得到有效提高。 Starting from the problems of the dynamic load and the easy to appear of the slice of the coal wall in the large mining face,based on the practice of 7.0 m high mining height in a coal mine,the paper analyzes the adaptability of the hydraulic support type and the structural characteristics of the protective wall related to the big mining height to the surrounding rock,and discusses the design optimization and the related adaptability changes of the structure.The results show that the strength of the two pillar support with high mining height is higher than that of the four column support,and the stable cover mechanism of the four column support has better stress;The structure of the split expansion beam and the protective panel is more advantageous than the joint expansion beam and the protective support in the aspects of the supporting capacity,reliability performance and the position of the combined force;Through the optimization design of the double expansion impact resistant column and the high pressure rising column control system,the hydraulic support with large mining height can be effectively improved in the adaptability of surrounding rock.
