摘要 利用有限元分析技术,通过ABAQUS软件,针对主机架及回转台在使用过程中的结构性能进行分析研究,从材料、结构尺寸、应力消除等方面提出了主机架及回转台的结构改进措施,对提高此部件及掘进机的综合性能改进提供了重要指导。 Based on the finite element analysis technology and ABAQUS software,this paper analyzes the structural performance of the main frame and rotary table in use,and puts forward the structural improvement measures of the main frame and rotary table from the aspects of material,structural size,stress relief,etc.,which provides important guidance for improving the comprehensive performance of this part and roadheader.
