摘要
针对目前变压器运行监测稳定性差、无法及时进行故障报警的现状,提出了一种新的变压器故障判断技术。以红外热成像监测为基础,建立了变压器不同工况下的温度场分布。根据实际分析结果,当变压器在正常工况下运行时其温度分布均匀,当出现故障时故障区域的温度会迅速升高,形成一个显著的温度差,采用红外热成像监测的方案能够快速、精确地实现变压器的故障预警。
In view of the poor stability of transformer operation monitoring and failure alarm in time,a new transformer fault judgment technology is proposed.Based on infrared thermal imaging monitoring,the temperature field distribution of transformer under different working conditions is established.According to the actual analysis results,when the transformer is running under normal conditions,its temperature distribution is uniform.When there is a fault,the temperature of the fault area will rise rapidly,forming a significant temperature difference.The infrared thermal imaging monitoring scheme can quickly and accurately realize the transformer fault early warning.
