检漏仪设计原理及其在燃气管线运维工作中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对燃气输送管网运维检漏过程中存在甲烷气体干扰的问题,对检漏仪的选型、设计原理以及应用效果进行分析,结果表明,德国HS6S0型燃气管网综合检漏仪检测原理先进、检测数据可靠,在燃气输送管网运维工作中效果较为明显,降低了因甲烷干扰产生的开挖工作量,为燃气公司节约了燃气管网运维费用,降低了燃气输送成本。 Aiming at the problem of methane interference in the leakage detection process of gas transmission network operation and maintenance,the selection,design principle and application effect of the leakage detector are analyzed.The results show that the German HS6 S0 gas pipeline network comprehensive leakage detector has advanced detection principle and reliable detection data,and has obvious effect in the operation and maintenance of gas transmission network.It reduces the excavation workload of operation and maintenance due to methane interference,saves the operation and maintenance cost of gas pipeline network for gas company,and reduces the gas transmission cost.
