摘要
为了进一步提高煤矿制氮系统自动化水平,降低制氮系统故障率,实现制氮工序无人值守的目的,大斗沟矿综合区通过技术研究,决定对同忻三盘区副立井井口制氮系统安装一套远程监控系统。分析了该系统结构、工作原理以及系统应用优点。通过实际应用效果来看,该系统具有动作灵敏可靠、抗干扰性强、故障率低等优点,具有显著的应用成效。
In order to further improve the automation level of coal mine nitrogen production system,reduce the failure rate of nitrogen production system,and realize the purpose of unattended nitrogen production process,Dadougou Mine comprehensive area decided to install a set of remote monitoring system for the nitrogen production system at the wellhead of auxiliary shaft in Tongxin Sanpan District through technical research,and through the practical application effect,the system has the advantages of sensitive and reliable action,strong anti-interference,low failure rate,and has significant application effect.
