摘要
针对当前煤矿井下排水系统自动化水平低、故障率高、劳动强度大等技术难题,为了进一步提高井下排水效率,保证排水系统运行稳定性,避免井下水害事故发生,新景矿对井下盘区排水系统进行优化改造,采用了一套以PLC为核心的智能排水控制系统,并通过实际应用,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the technical problems of low automation level,high failure rate and high labor intensity of underground drainage system in coal mine,in order to further improve the underground drainage efficiency,ensure the operation stability of drainage system and avoid underground water disaster accidents.Xinjing coal mine optimizes and transforms the underground drainage system,and adopts a set of intelligent drainage control system with PLC as the core.Through practical application,remarkable results have been achieved.
