摘要
为解决因目前带式输送机普遍存在运行效率低、消耗大、故障频发而使得其维护成本居高不下的问题,提出了一种基于云计算的带式输送机远程维护方案。该方案能够实时监控输送机的运行状态,对出现的故障进行原因分析并给出解决方案。该方案极大地降低了维护成本,提高了矿井带式输送机的运行效率。
This paper proposes a remote maintenance scheme of belt conveyor based on cloud computing,which can monitor the running status of the conveyor in real time,analyze the causes of the faults and give solutions,greatly reducing the maintenance cost and improving the operation efficiency of mine belt conveyor.
