摘要
为解决液晶显示面板切割过程中的MARK标精确对位问题,以X向、Y向、DD伺服切割平台,搭载工业相机为基础,设计了基于机器视觉的自动对位系统。利用自行开发的算法完成了相机MARK标标定,实时采集液晶显示面板的位置信息并上传到计算机,通过识别、测量、定位等视觉处理工作,得到MARK标相对相机的坐标距离,实现了对液晶面板MAKR标的快速识别和定位。在实际应用中,该视觉对位系统稳定可行,能满足实际生产中对液晶面板的精确定位需要,提高了设备的自动化和智能化水平。
In order to solve the problem of MARK alignment in the cutting process of the LCD panel,an automatic alignment system based on machine vision is designed based on X,Y,DD servo cutting platform and industrial camera.The MARK calibration of the camera is completed by using the self-developed algorithm.The position information of the LCD panel is collected in real time and uploaded to the computer.The coordinate distance of the mark relative to the camera is obtained through visual processing such as recognition,measurement and positioning.The fast recognition and positioning of the mark of the LCD panel are realized.In practical application,the visual alignment system is stable and feasible,which can meet the needs of accurate positioning of LCD panel in actual production,and improve the automation and intelligent level of the equipment.
