摘要 煤矿开采环境恶劣,采用通用型PLC无法有效地满足各个工况环境,因此,结合Linux操作系统作为控制平台的底层软件语言,在软PLC的驱动下可实现掘进机控制过程的规范化,模块化和逻辑化。同时,在后期对掘进机进行控制平台设计时也会节约开发成本。掘进机控制平台的重新设计后,是整体系统在稳定性和响应速度方面均有提升,实现了数据接口传递的准确性。 Due to the bad environment of coal mining,the general-purpose PLC can not effectively meet the various working conditions.Therefore,combined with Linux operating system as the underlying software language of the control platform,the standardization,modularization and logicalization of roadheader control process can be realized under the drive of soft PLC.At the same time,in the later stage of the roadheader control platform design will also save the development cost.After the redesign of roadheader control platform,the stability and response speed of the whole system are improved,and the accuracy of data interface transmission is realized.
