摘要
针对蓄电池电机车传统的调速方式存在可靠性低,能耗高的缺点,设计一种变频调速系统。该系统通过IGBT模块将蓄电池直流电逆变为频率可调的交流电,用异步电机进行驱动,采用无速度传感器的直接转矩法进行控制。实际改造工程表明,变频调速技术在矿用蓄电池电机车上的应用具有机械损耗小、调速和制动性能优良等特点,对企业实现节能减排具有重要作用。
Aiming at the shortcomings of low reliability and high energy consumption in the traditional speed regulation mode of battery electric locomotive,a frequency conversion speed regulation system is designed.Change battery DC inverter to AC with adjustable frequency via IGBT module,driven by asynchronous motor and controlled by direct torque without speed sensor.The actual transformation project shows that the application of frequency conversion speed regulation technology in mineral battery motor vehicles has the characteristics of small mechanical loss,speed adjustment and excellent braking performance,which plays an important role in realizing energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises.
