摘要
针对当前采煤机自动化程度较低、设备故障率较高等问题,对采煤机的控制性能进行提升改进,为此,在分析当前采煤机控制系统存在的主要问题的基础上,开展了采煤机控制系统的总体方案设计及关键部分研究。在采煤机中进行了5个月的应用测试表明,新系统具有更高的控制功能,设备参数、状态及报警功能更加强大,运行期间降低了设备的故障率,整体控制性能达到了预期效果。
In view of the problems of low automation and high failure rate of the current shearer,it is necessary to improve the control performance of the shearer.Therefore,based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the current shearer control system,the overall scheme design and key parts of the shearer control system are carried out.Through the application test in the shearer for five months,it is concluded that the new system has higher control function,more powerful equipment parameters,status and alarm functions,and reduces the failure rate of the equipment during operation.The results show that the control performance has achieved the expected effect.
