摘要
针对目前液压支架跟机控制自动化程度低、可靠性差的不足,在对井下支架跟机控制工艺流程进行优化的基础上,提出了一种新的液压支架自适应跟机调节控制系统,以CAN数据总线技术为基础构建自适应控制通信网络,满足井下复杂环境下自适应控制安全性的需求。根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统能够实现液压支架组和采煤机的智能化协同作业,将支架控制人员数量减少3人,将综采作业效率提升7.9%,有效提升了井下综采作业的安全性和可靠性。
In view of the shortcomings of low automation and poor reliability of hydraulic support follow-up control,a new adaptive follow-up control system of hydraulic support is proposed based on the optimization of the control process of the support following under the mine.The communication network of adaptive control is constructed by can data bus technology.It can meet the requirement of adaptive control security in complex underground environment.According to the practical application,the new control system can realize the intelligent cooperative operation of hydraulic support group and shearer,reduce the number of support control personnel by 3,and improve the efficiency of comprehensive mining by 7.9%,effectively improving the safety and reliability of underground comprehensive mining.
