摘要 矿井通风系统是保证煤矿安全生产的重要部件,因此,设计了高效的自动化矿井通风机监测和调节系统。该系统基于PLC实现了通风机温度、压力和风量的远程监测,同时,将异步电机矢量控制系统引入监控系统,能够实现风机风量的实时调节,提高了工作效率降低了能源消耗,此外,将滑模变结构控制方法应用于矢量控制系统,设计的滑模变结构速度控制器提高了控制系统的鲁棒性,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障。 The mine ventilation system is an important part to ensure the safety production of coal mine.Therefore,an efficient automatic monitoring and regulation system for mine fans is designed.The system realizes the remote monitoring of temperature,pressure and air volume of fans based on PLC.At the same time,the asynchronous motor vector control system is introduced into the monitoring system,which can realize the real-time adjustment of fan air volume,In addition,the sliding mode variable structure control method is applied to the vector control system,and the designed sliding mode variable structure speed controller improves the robustness of the control system and provides a guarantee for the safety production of the mine.
