基于育阴法治疗室性快速性心律失常经验总结

Summary of Experience of Treating Ventricular Tachyarrhythmia Based on Nourishing Yin Method

室性快速性心律失常,是临床上较为常见且可导致严重后果的心律失常。现代医学多给予β受体阻滞剂、非二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂、胺碘酮等抗心律失常药物,甚者采用射频消融术予以治疗,但应用时不仅需要考虑患者的临床症状、室性早搏的负荷水平、心功能水平、有无器质性心脏病以及患者能否耐受等具体情况,还要考虑长期用药或手术所引起的不良反应或风险,较难完全根治。而配合中医药治疗常常可获得较好效果,并可减轻患者用药时的不适,有时可避免手术的应用,越来越为较多患者所接受。心律失常,归属于中医学中"心悸""怔忡"范畴,该病主要病机多为血虚、阴虚、虚热内扰,可兼有气虚、阳虚、血瘀、痰浊等其他表现。因此,临床中较多医家主张以育阴益阴养阴之法为关键入手进行组方予以治疗。文章试针对此法进行室性快速性心律失常等心律失常疾病的治疗经验总结。
