望诊在小儿气虚体辨识中应用初探

Preliminary Study on Application of Inspectionin Identification of Qi Deficiency in Children

小儿由于生理"肺脾常不足",及后天外感、饮食、药物损伤而易导致气虚体质的形成。望诊居于"神圣工巧"之首,临床常通过望诊及结合闻、问、切诊,为小儿气虚体的辨证提供依据。随着对研究不断深入,望诊已不仅仅局限于运用医者双眼,现代科技发展对望诊的拓展和延伸,大大丰富了望诊内容。该课题从研究气虚体小儿望诊入手,优化中医辨证基本理论,形成小儿体质望诊规范化总结,以指导气虚体小儿日常养生防护、疾病防治以及病后调理,更通过建立切实可行的科学的研究方法体系,结合望诊现代化研究的突破,推动中医望诊及体质辨识现代化。

Due to "lung and spleen often being inadequate",and externalinfections, diet and drug damage, children are easily the form Qi deficiency.The inspection is the first in four diagnosis methods of TCM.The inspection combined with consultation, inquiring and pulse feeling methods can provide the basis for the syndrome differentiation of pediatric Qi deficiency.With the deepening of research, the observation is not limited to the use of medical practitioners′ eyes.The development and modernization of modern technology has greatly enriched the prospective diagnosis.This topic started from the study of Qi deficiency constitution of children, optimized the basic theory of TCM syndrome differentiation, and formed a standardized summary of pediatric physical examination, to guide the daily health protection of Qi deficiency children, disease prevention and post-treatment, and established the practical scientific research.The method system, combined with the breakthrough of modernization research, promotes the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and physical identification.
