基于中医“气”理论辨谈心病

Discussing Heart Disease Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Qi Theory

随着当今社会经济的快速发展、人们生活质量的提高和生活节奏的加快,心血管疾病的发病率呈现持续上升的发展趋势,现已成为世界范围内威胁人类健康的头号杀手,也是医学界重点研究的方向。长期以来,心血管疾病的中医治疗理论大都关注于血瘀、痰浊,活血化瘀为治疗大法早已成为共识,而中医"气"理论研究还没有得到应有的重视。气论作为中医学的根基,中国传统医学中总离不开"气"这一概念,在中医学天人关系、生命规律、疾病机理、防治理论方面可带来前瞻的视角,是中国古代最根本、最重要的哲学范畴和自然科学思想,是中国古人认识世界的自然观。因此,对"气"的理解与重视将直接关系到中医学哲学思维的把握和运用,进而可影响中医学科研思路及学术发展的指向。基于此,该文将结合古籍和近现代有关文献,以"气"理论为基础对心血管疾病进行探讨,为从中医"气"论治心血管疾病的中医临床治疗提供理论支持,以期对心病治疗有所启发,并且在中医"气"理论能有更加客观的认识。

With the rapid development of social economy, the improvement of people’s quality of life and the acceleration of the pace of life, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is on the rise. Cardiovascular diseases have become the number one killer threatening human health in the world and it is also a key research direction in the medical field. For a long time, the TCMtreatment theory of cardiovascular diseases has mostly focused on blood stasis and phlegm. The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis has long been a consensus,but the theoretical research on"Qi"of traditional Chinese medicine has not been given due attention. The theory of Qi,as the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine,is always inseparable from the concept of "Qi"in traditional Chinese medicine,which can bring a forward-looking perspective in the aspects of the relationship between heaven and man,the law of life,the mechanism of disease and the theory of prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. It is the most fundamental and important philosophical category and natural science thought in ancient China,and it is also the natural view of the ancient Chinese people to understand the world. Therefore,the understanding and attention to"Qi"will be directly related to the grasp and application of philosophical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and then affect the train of thought of scientific research and the direction of academic development of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on this,this paper combined ancient books and modern literature to discuss cardiovascular diseases on the basis of "Qi"theory,so as to provide theoretical support for TCM clinical treatment of cardiovascular disease from"Qi"in traditional Chinese medicine in order to inspire the treatment of heart diseaseand have a more objective understanding of the theory of"Qi"in traditional Chinese medicine.
