中医综合治疗视网膜色素变性患者973例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Treatment of 973 Cases of Retinitis Pigmentosa

目的回顾性整理中医综合疗法治疗视网膜色素变性患者973例1946只眼的临床疗效。方法采用中医辨证治疗(辨证分为肾阳不足、肝肾阴虚、脾气虚弱3个证型,分别采用温补肾阳、活血明目,滋补肝肾、活血明目,补脾益气、活血明目的治法,给予右归丸、明目地黄丸、补中益气汤加减)、针灸治疗、耳穴贴压、穴位注射、辨证使用中成药等中医综合治疗,观察治疗前后视网膜色素变性患者的视力、视野及视神经改善情况。结果视力方面:显效409只眼,有效1034只服,无效503只眼,总有效率为74.15%(1443/1946);视野方面:显效358只眼,有效941只眼,无效647只眼,总有效率为66.75%(1299/1946)。OCT检查20例视网膜色素变性患者左眼鼻侧视神经厚度,发现治疗前后明显改善。结论中医综合疗法治疗视网膜色素变性是有效的,能提高患者的视力、扩大视野和保护视神经。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in 1964 eyes of 973 cases with retinitis pigmentosa by a retrospective study.Methods TCM syndromes of this disease were generally divided into three types: kidney Yang deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, spleen and Qi deficiency.The corresponding treatments of the syndromes were warming kidney Yang, nourishing liver and kidney, and strengthening spleen and replenish Qi.The specific methods were Zhigui Pill(右归丸),Mingmu Dihuang Pill(明目地黄丸),Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤),acupuncture treatment, auricular point pressing and acupoint injection.The improvements of visual acuity and visual field in patients with retinitis pigmentosa were observed before and after treatment.Results In terms of visual acuity: 409 eyes were remarkably effective, 1034 were effective, 503 eyes were ineffective and the total effective rate was 74.15%(1443/1946).In terms of visual field: 358 eyes were remarkably effective, 941 eyes were effective, 647 eyes were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 66.75%(1299/1946).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is effective on treating retinitis pigmentosa and can improve patients′ vision and expand their horizons.
