调和阴阳针法联合夹脊穴对脑卒中后康复期患者运动及语言功能影响研究

Study on Effect of Harmonizing Yin-Yang Acupuncture Method Combined with Jiaji Acupoints on Motor and Language Function of Patients in Rehabilitation Period after Stroke

目的探讨调和阴阳针法联合夹脊穴对脑卒中后康复期患者运动及语言功能的影响。方法将该院2017年10月—2019年7月卒中康复期患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例,对照组采用常规治疗;观察组采用调和阴阳针法联合夹脊穴治疗,共治疗4周为1个疗程。评估患者的临床疗效,比较两组间Fugl-Meyer运动功能(Fugl-Meyer assessment, FMA)评分、功能性步行量表(functional ambulation category, FAC)及语言功能、血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron-specific enolase, NSE)、S100β水平。结果对照组有效率82.14%(46/56)低于观察组有效率94.64%(53/56)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FMA评分、FAC评分均升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FMA评分、FAC评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后阅读、书写、听理解及复述能力均升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阅读、书写、听理解及复述能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清NSE、S100β水平降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清NSE、S100β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调和阴阳针法联合夹脊穴对脑卒中后康复期患者运动及语言功能有明显改善作用,可以提高神经功能,临床疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effect of the method of harmonizing Yin and Yang acupuncture combined with Jiaji acupoints on motor and linguistic functions of patients with stroke in the convalescent period.Methods A total of 112 stroke patients in the rehabilitation period from October 2017 to July 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and the observation group was treated with the method of harmonizing Yin and Yang acupuncture combined with Jiaji acupoints.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.We evaluated the clinical efficacy, the Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA) score, functional ambulation category(FAC),language function, serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and S100 betawere compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the control group(82.14%,46/56) was lower than that of the observation group(94.64%,53/56)(P<0.05).After treatment, the FMA score and FAC score of both groups were increased(P<0.05).After treatment, the FMA score and FAC score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The abilities of reading, writing, listening comprehension and repetition of the two groups were increased after treatment(P<0.05).The abilities of reading, writing, listening comprehension and repetition of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum NSE and S100 beta in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group, the indexes in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Harmonizing Yin and Yang acupuncture combined with Jiaji acupoints can improve the motor and language function andthe nerve functionof patients with stroke in the rehabilitation period.The clinical effect is definite.
