Bibliometric Study of Meta-analysis in Field of Low Back Pain

目的基于文献计量学方法分析腰痛病领域Meta分析的现状及发展趋势。方法通过中国知网、万方、维普、中国医院数字图书馆四大数据库以“腰椎间盘突出症”“腰椎管狭窄”“腰椎滑脱”“腰椎退行性变”“脊柱骨折”“Meta分析”“荟萃分析”“系统评价”为关键词进行检索,运用文献计量学的方法对检索得到的文献进行分析研究。结果检索获得文献2001篇,经过排除后最终纳入113篇Meta进行分析。近5年腰痛病领域Meta分析研究发展较快,内容包括该领域的大部分病种的诊断、治疗、护理等方面,最多产的省份是广西,较有影响力的单位是广西中医药大学,《中国中医骨伤科学》收录的文献最多。结论目前腰痛病领域Meta产量较多,国内各地区发展不平衡,已出现一部分较有影响力的作者、单位及期刊,但仍需严格按照规范创新方法继续挖掘,鼓励广大科研工作者在进行Meta分析的同时进行注册。

Objective To analyze the current status and development trend of Meta-analysis in the field of low back pain in China based on bibliometrics.Methods Through the four databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CHKD,“lumbar disc herniation”,“lumbar spinal stenosis”,“lumbar spondylolisthesis”,“lumbar degeneration” and “spinal fracture” were adopted.“Meta analysis”,“Meta-analysis”,“systematic evaluation” were searched for keywords,and bibliometric methods were used to classify the retrieved documents.Results A total of 2001 articles were retrieved.After the discharge,113 Meta-analysis articles were finally included for analysis.In the past five years,the Meta-analysis researches in the field of low back pain have developed rapidly.The content included the diagnosis,treatment and nursing of most diseases in this field.The most prolific province was Guangxi,and the more influential unit was Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics had the most literature.Conclusion At present,there is more Meta-analysis production in the field of low back pain,and the development of various regions in China is unbalanced.Some influential authors,units and periodicals have emerged,but it is still necessary to continue to excavate in strict accordance with the normative innovation methods,and encourage the majority of scientific research workers to carry out the Meta-analysis is registered at the same time.
