基于个案报道的失眠症常见证素的Logistic回归分析研究

Logistic Regression Analysis of TCM Syndrome Elements on Case Report

目的分析失眠症中医证素与症状/体征、中药的相关性。方法于中国知网、维普、万方等数据库搜集近10年关于失眠的文献,对符合纳入标准的516条医案进行规范,应用“证素辨证”法进行病位及病性证素辨证,采用二分类Logistic回归分别对证素与症状/体征、中药进行回归分析。结果经规范后提取失眠症常见证素有心、肝、脾、肾、阴虚、火热、气滞、气虚等8个;通过Logistic回归方法分别筛选出与证素相关的变量,其中与阴虚相关的变量为15个最多;与心相关的变量为10个最少。结论研究借助Logistic回归分析方法,归纳出失眠主要证素与症状/体征及证素与中药应用之间的相关关系,为临床辨证提供了客观依据。

Objective To analyze the correlation between insomnia cheroin and symptoms/signs and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods In CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang and other databases,the literature on insomnia in nearly 10 years was collected.A total of 516 medical cases in line with the inclusion were standardized,the “evidence-based syndrome differentiation” method was used for differentiating the location and natures of diseases.The two-category regression Logistics was used for evidence and symptoms/signs and Chinese medicine regression analysis.Results The insomnia common elements were heart,liver,spleen,kidney,Yin deficiency,fire heat,Qi stagnation and Qi after standardizing. Logistic regression method was used to screen out the variables related to syndrome elements,among which 15 variables related to Yin deficiency were the most and 10 variables related to heart were the least. Conclusion The correlation between the main evidence of insomnia and symptoms/signs and the application of the evidence and Chinese medicine is summarized by using Logistic regression analysis method,which provides an objective basis for clinical dialectics.
