健脾消瘿汤联合醋酸泼尼松片对桥本甲状腺炎患者IFN-γ、TGAb等的影响

Effect of Jianpi Xiaoying Decoction(健脾消瘿汤)Combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablet on IFN-!and TGAb in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

目的探讨健脾消瘿汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗桥本甲状腺炎的效果及对γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)等的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2019年6月在该院治疗的桥本甲状腺炎患者106例,根据治疗方案分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=52),其中对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组在对照组基础加用健脾消瘿汤治疗,观察两组治疗疗效,检测治疗前后IFN-γ、TGAb等水平。结果观察组治疗疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),其治疗总有效率为81.48%(44/54);观察组治疗后中医症状积分为(17.79±6.21)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IFN-γ、TGAb和促甲状腺激素(TSH)分别为(13.24±5.54)ng/L、(264.54±87.87)IU/mL和(9.40±2.15)mIU/mL,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾消瘿汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗桥本甲状腺炎有较好的疗效,明显降低患者IFN-γ、TGAb及TSH水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Xiaoying Decoction(健脾消瘿汤) combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablet on Hashimoto′s thyroiditis and its influence on γ-interferon(IFN-γ) and anti thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb).Methods A total of 106 cases of Hashimoto′s thyroiditis treated in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into observation group(n=54) and control group(n=52).The control group was treated with prednisone acetate and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Xiaoying Decoction on the basis of the control group,the therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed,the levels of IFN-γ and TGAb were measured before and after treatment.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 81.48%(44/54).The symptom score of the observation group was(17.79 ± 6.21)ppints,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IFN-γ,TGAb and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH) in the observation group were(13.24±5.54)ng/L,(264.54±87.87)IU/mL and(9.40±2.15)mIU/mL,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Xiaoying Decoction combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablet has a good effect on Hashimoto′s thyroiditis,which can significantly reduce the levels of IFN-γ,TGAb and TSH.
