麝香保心丸防治老年冠心病心绞痛患者效果分析

Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill(麝香保心丸)Preventing and Treating Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探讨麝香保心丸防治老年冠心病心绞痛患者效果分析。方法将2017年1月—2020年1月该院内科病房收治的98例老年冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用麝香保心丸治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、心绞痛变化、心功能指标变化、血清因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.88%(46/49),明显高于对照组的73.47%(36/49)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、每次持续时间、硝酸甘油用量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)明显高于对照组,心率、心功能分级明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清脑钠肽(BNP)、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、内皮素(ET-1)水平明显低于对照组,而一氧化氮(NO)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸作为老年冠心病心绞痛患者防治药物,获得了显著效果,对心绞痛的抑制作用明显,提高心功能,增强心肌收缩力,保护血管内皮功能,降低心肌损伤,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill(麝香保心丸) in the prevention and treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,98 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris change,cardiac function index change and serum factor level change of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%(46/49),which was significantly higher than 73.47%(36/49) of the control group(P<0.05).The number of angina pectoris attacks,the duration of each time and the dosage of nitroglycerin in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).LVEF and CO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the heart rate and cardiac function grading in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).BNP in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group.The levels of Hcy and ET-1 were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the level of NO was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill,as a drug for the prevention and treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,has a significant effect on inhibiting angina pectoris,improving cardiac function,enhancing myocardial contractility,protecting vascular endothelial function and reducing myocardial injury.
