基于频数统计方法探讨单穴治疗头痛的经穴规律

Discussion on Rules of Meridian Points for Treatment of Headache with Single Point Based on Ancient Literature

目的通过检索古代文献中单穴治疗头痛的条文,揭示单穴及所属经络与头痛的经穴规律,为头痛的临床治疗提供文献依据。方法以《中华医典》为检索工具,头痛或者头痛的别名作为检索词,检索出治疗头痛的单穴文献条文,运用频数统计方法,制成原始数据库进行统计学处理。结果治疗头痛的单穴共有135个,总频次共为1246次。结论古代医家对治疗头痛单穴的取穴涉及十四条经脉,以阳经的腧穴为主,主要分布在足太阳膀胱经、督脉、足少阳胆经。其中腧穴使用频次较高的特定穴类别有井穴、荥穴、合穴等12类。特定穴频次较高的有足窍阴、合谷、少海等。

Objective By searching the articles of single acupoint treatment for headache in ancient literature,the rules of single acupoint and its meridians in the treatment of headache were revealed,providing the literature basis for the clinical treatment of headache.Methods With Chinese Medical Code as the retrieval tool,headache or other aliases of headache as the search terms,the relevant articles of all single points for the treatment of headache were retrieved,and the original database was made for statistical processing and analysis by using frequency statistics method.Results There were 135 single acupoints for headache treatment,with a total frequency of 1246.Conclusion The single acupoint selection for headache by ancient doctors involved fourteenmeridians,but the acupoints of Yang meridians were mainly distributed in the foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian,Governor Vessel and Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian. There were 12 types of acupoints with high frequency,such as Jing points,Xing points and He points. Those with higher frequency of specific acupoints included Zuqiaoyin( GB44),Hegu( LI4),Shaohai( HT3),etc.
