中医治疗慢性前列腺炎的免疫机制研究进展

Research Progress on Immune Mechanism of TCM in Treating CP/CPPS

慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)是临床上常见的慢性疾病,病程长,病因复杂且迁延难愈,近年本病发病率呈上升趋势,大量研究证明免疫功能紊乱或失调是CP/CPPS发病的重要机制,因此,调节免疫是治疗本病的重点。中医对细胞因子的调节于本病干预作用明显,但对于中医治疗本病机制的相关阐述不多,该文将从中医病机、免疫发病机制、中医药调节免疫机制方面对中医治疗CP/CPPS的免疫机制进行论述,以期为临床研究提供参考。

Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS) is a common chronic disease with a long course of disease,complicated etiology and prolonged duration.In recent years,the incidence of CP/CPPS has been on the rise.A large number of studies have proved that immune dysfunction or imbalance is an important mechanism of CP/CPPS.Therefore,immune regulation is the key to the treatment of this disease,and it has been proved that traditional Chinese medicine can significantly regulate cytokines in the treatment of this disease.However,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease is not elaborated.This paper discussed the immune mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CP/CPPS from the following aspects.
