Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Upper Limb Dysfunction After Stroke

上肢功能障碍是脑卒中后常见的遗留症状之一,其临床症状主要表现为持续的疼痛、肿胀、感觉障碍及运动功能障碍等。目前,针灸治疗卒中后上肢功能障碍临床疗效确切,其治疗作用深受广大患者肯定。该文将近年来针灸治疗卒中后上肢功能障碍的多项临床研究文献进行整理,做一综述,以期为临床医学相关疾病的诊疗提供更多的依据。

Upper extremity dysfunction is one of the common left over symptoms after stroke.Its clinical symptoms mainly include persistent pain,swelling,sensory impairment and motor dysfunction.At present,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of upper extremity dysfunction after stroke has a definite clinical effect,and its therapeutic effect is well recognized by the majority of patients.In order to provide more basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases related to clinical medicine,this paper summarizes the clinical research literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of upper extremity dysfunction after stroke in recent years.
