摘要
绝经后骨质疏松症是最常见的代谢性骨紊乱症,其特点是骨量低和微结构恶化,两者都会导致骨强度降低和骨折风险增加。雌激素可通过对成骨细胞生成和破骨细胞生成的自主抑制作用来调节骨代谢平衡。PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路信号传导促进细胞生长和存活,在多种细胞过程中起着至关重要的作用,包括增殖、生长和存活,且雌激素和PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路在多个接合点相交,显示出高度的相互依赖性。针刺能够调控雌激素及PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路,起到调节骨代谢平衡的作用,从而改善绝经后骨质疏松症。文章综述了雌激素及PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路在绝经后骨质疏松症中的作用机制,以及针刺调控雌激素和PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路改善绝经后骨质疏松症的研究进展。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis is the most common metabolic bone disorder,characterized by low bone mass and deterioration of microstructures,both of which lead to reduced bone strength and an increased risk of fracture.Estrogen regulates bone metabolism by autonomic inhibition of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway signal transduction promotes cell growth and survival,and plays a crucial role in a variety of cellular processes,including proliferation,growth and survival.Moreover,estrogen and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathways intersect at multiple junctions,showing a high degree of interdependence.Acupuncture can regulate estrogen and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway,and play a role in regulating bone metabolism balance,so as to improve postmenopausal osteoporosis.This paper summarized the mechanism of estrogen and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in postmenopausal osteoporosis,and the research progress of acupuncture regulation of estrogen and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in improving postmenopausal osteoporosis.
