近10年针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍研究概况

A Survey of Studies on Acupuncture Treatment of Dysphagia After Apoplexy in the Past 10 Years

中风后吞咽障碍是中风后常见并发症,其发病严重影响患者生存和生活质量。作者查阅近10年针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍的文献,总结了运用不同针刺方法治疗该症的研究概况,包括舌针、眼针、电针、项针、常规针刺、水针、火针、皮内针、头针、芒针、刺络放血、合谷刺、腹针等针刺方法,为临床针刺治疗本症提供依据。

Dysphagia after stroke is a common complication after stroke,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival of patients.The author reviewed the literature on the treatment of dysphagia after apoplexy in the last 10 years,and summarized the research situation of the treatment of this disease by different acupuncture methods,including tongue needle,eye needle,electro acupuncture,item needle,conventional acupuncture,water needle,fire needle,inner needle,head needle,awn needle,puncture blood,valley thorn,abdominal needle and so on.It is found that acupuncture therapy is often effective in the treatment of this disease.
