摘要
目的探究海泥灸联合电针对高血压患者血压、血管内皮功能及肾功能的影响。方法收集医院内科收治的高血压患者82例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各41例。对照组予以西医常规治疗联合电针。试验组在对照组的基础上联用海泥灸贴治疗。两组治疗时间均为4周。比较患者临床疗效、血压、血管内皮功能、肾功能及不良反应。结果治疗后,与治疗前相比两组收缩压、舒张压均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)水平升高,内皮素-1(ET-1)和血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、尿微量白蛋白(U-MALB)和尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组收缩压、舒张压较低,临床治疗总有效率、NO水平较高,ET-1、vWF、尿U-MALB及β2-MG水平较低(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海泥灸联合电针具有良好降压效果,能改善高血压病患者内皮功能及肾功能,下调血压,适宜临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of sea mud moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture on blood pressure and vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension.Methods 82 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine and electroacupuncture.The experimental group was treated with sea mud moxibustion paste on the basis of the control group.The treatment time of both groups was 4 weeks.To compare the clinical efficacy,blood pressure,vascular endothelial function,renal function and adverse reactions of patients.Results After treatment,compared with before treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the level of nitric oxide(NO)increased,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1),von Willebrand factor(vWF),urinary microalbumin(U-MALB)and urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)decreased(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group was higher The level of ET-1,vWF,U-MALB and β2-MG in urine were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sea mud moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture has a good antihypertensive effect,can improve the endothelial function of patients with hypertension,reduce blood pressure,and is suitable for clinical application.
