运用经颅直流电刺激后效应配合眼针带针运动疗法对中风后肢体运动功能障碍恢复临床研究

Effects of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation Combined with Eye Acupuncture Exercise Therapy on Recovery of Limb Motor Dysfunction After Stroke

目的运用经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)后效应配合眼针带针运动疗法对中风后肢体运动功能障碍恢复的疗效。方法将120例中风后肢体运动功能障碍患者按随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗1组(眼针带针运动组)、治疗2组(TDCS配合眼针带针运动),各40例。对照组给予单纯运动疗法治疗,治疗1组给予眼针带针运动疗法治疗,治疗2组在给予经颅直流电刺激后立即应用眼针带针运动疗法进行治疗。对比3组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分、简化Fugl-meyer评分量表评分、日常生活能力评定Barthel量表评分及Berg平衡量表评分。结果治疗后3组患者神经功能缺损评分明显下降,且治疗2组下降幅度高于治疗1组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3组患者简化Fugl-meyer肢体运动功能量表评分升高,且治疗2组上升幅度高于治疗1组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3组患者日常生活能力评定Barthel量表分数升高,且治疗2组上升幅度高于治疗1组高于对照组(P<0.05);Berg平衡量表评分升高,且治疗2组上升幅度高于治疗1组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用经颅直流电刺激后效应配合眼针带针康复疗法治疗中风后肢体运动功能障碍,能够进一步增强眼针带针康复疗法的疗效,使患者的运动能力能够明显的增强,显著的改善患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with eye acupuncture exercise therapy on the recovery of limb motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods 120 patients with limb motor dysfunction after stroke were divided into control group,treatment 1 group(eye acupuncture and acupuncture exercise group)and treatment 2 group(tDCS in combination with eye acupuncture exercise group)by random number table,40 cases each.The control group was treated with simple exercise therapy,the treatment 1 group was treated with eye acupuncture exercise therapy,and the treatment 2 group was treated with eye acupuncture exercise therapy immediately after transcranial direct current stimulation.The scores of neurological impairment,simplified Fugl-Meyer rating scale and Barthel scale of daily living were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of neurological impairment in the 3 groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the treatment 2 group was higher than that in the treatment 1 group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of simplified Fugl-Meyer scale of limb motor function were increased in the 3 groups,and the increase was higher in the treatment 2 group than in the treatment 1 group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel scale scores of patients in the 3 groups were increased,and the increase rate in the treatment 2 group was higher than that in the treatment 1 group and the control group(P<0.05).The Berg balance scale score was increased,and the increase in the treatment 2 group was higher than that in the treatment 1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with eye acupuncture exercise therapy in the treatment of limb motor dysfunction after stroke can further enhance the therapeutic effect of eye acupuncture exercise therapy,so that the patients'exercise ability can be significantly enhanced and the quality of life can be significantly improved.
