基于激光散斑衬比成像技术对“头项寻列缺”经典理论的验证 被引量:4

Verification of Classic Theory of“Lieque(LU7)for Disorders of Head and Neck”Based on Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging

摘要 目的观察针刺列缺穴对项背部皮肤表面血流量的变化,以验证“头项寻列缺”的经典针刺理论。方法应用激光散斑成像仪观察28例健康受试者在针刺列缺前后项背部皮肤表面血流量的变化。将受试者项背部划分为颈项部整体区域和大椎穴区、双侧大杼穴区、双侧百劳穴区,分别在针刺前、针刺即刻、进针5 min、出针即刻及出针后30 min检测上述区域皮肤血流的变化。结果颈项区、左大杼区、右大杼区血流量在进针5 min、出针即刻、出针30 min与进针前比均明显增加(P<0.05),大椎区血流量在进针5 min、出针即刻与进针前比均明显增加(P<0.05),右百劳区血流量在出针30 min与进针前比明显增加(P<0.05)。结论针刺列缺穴可以通过增加项背部及其附近相关穴位、尤其是大杼穴区域皮肤表面血流量,改善局部的组织代谢,从而使项背部气血运行恢复正常,有利于头项部位疾患的恢复,提示这可能是列缺治疗头项疾病的重要机制之一。 Objective To observe the changes of blood signalson the surfaceof neck back by acupuncture atLieque(LU7)so as to verifythe classic theory of“Lieque(LU7)for the disorders of the head and neck”.Methods Twenty-eight healthy volunteers accepted acupuncture atLieque(LU7)to observe the changes of blood signals on the surface of the back by laser speckle contrast imaging.The back of the subjects were divided into the entire neck area,the Dazhui(DU14)area,the bilateral Dazhu(BL11)areaand the bilateral Bailao(EX-Hn14)area.The changes in skin blood signals in the above areas were respectively detected before acupuncture,acupuncture immediately,5 minutes after acupuncture,withdrawing acupuncture immediately and 30 minutes after withdrawing acupuncture.Results Compared to the blood signals before acupuncture,the blood signals in the neck area and bilateral Dazhu(BL11)area were significantly increased 5 minutes after acupuncture,withdrawing acupuncture immediately and 30 minutes after withdrawing acupuncture(P<0.05).The blood signals in the Dazhui(DU14)area were significantly increased in 5 minutes after acupuncture and withdrawing acupuncture immediately(P<0.05).The blood signals in the right Bailao(EX-Hn 14)area were increased significantly 30 minutes after withdrawing acupuncture(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the Lieque(LU7)can improve the local tissue metabolism by increasing the blood signals on the back of the neck and related districts,especially in the area ofbilateral Dazhu(BL11)area,and so the blood circulation on the neck is restored,which is benefitto thehead diseases,suggesting this may be one of theimportant mechanisms for the treatment of head diseases.
