基于网络药理学探讨二陈汤异病同治机制 被引量:2

Exploration on Mechanism of Erchen Decoction(二陈汤)Treating Different Diseases with Same Treatment Based on Network Pharmacology

摘要 目的应用网络药理学对二陈汤治疗高血压、糖尿病、慢性心衰、肺炎、高血脂、冠心病、肾炎、关节病、脑卒中、哮喘十种病的主要活性成分的作用靶点、信号通路等进行探索,从而揭示二陈汤异病同治的分子机制。方法基于网络药理学,通过TCMSP,CooLGeN,Venny 2.1,DAVID,NCBI,STRING,Cytoscape 3.2.1等工具,对二陈汤及十种病的共同靶点,进行综合分析,建立化合物-靶点-通路分析。结果二陈汤与十种病共有靶点24个,KEGG通路信号63条,涉及T细胞受体信号通路,FoxO信号通路等。结论研究结果体现了二陈汤复方多成分、多靶点、多通路的作用特点,为二陈汤异病同治机理提供了科学依据。 Objective In order to reveal the molecular mechanism of Erchen Decoction(二陈汤)treating different diseases with the same treatment,we applied network pharmacology to explore the targets and signaling pathways of the main active ingredients of Erchen Decoction in the treatment of hypertension,diabetes,chronic heart failure,pneumonia,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease,nephritis,arthropathy,stroke and asthma.Methods Based on network pharmacology,through TCMSP,CooLGeN,Venny 2.1,DAVID,NCBI,STRING,Cytoscapeand other tools,the common targets of Erchen Decoction and ten diseases were comprehensively analyzedand the compound-target-pathway was established.Results Erchen Decoction and ten diseases had 24 common targets.There were 63 KEGG pathways,such as T cell receptor signaling pathway,FoxO signaling pathway.Conclusion Erchen Decoction showed the multi-component,multi-targetand multi-pathwaycharacteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.This research provided a scientific basis for molecular mechanism of Erchen Decoction treating different diseases with the same treatment.
