基于数据挖掘穴位埋线治疗癫痫病选穴规律分析

Analysis of Acupoint Selection for Thread Embedding Treating Epilepsy Based on Data Mining Technology

目的探索穴位埋线治疗癫痫病的选穴规律,为临床应用穴位埋线治疗癫痫病提供依据。方法电子检索CNKI、CBM、VIP、Wan Fang Data。按照纳入与排除标准筛[1]选针灸治疗癫痫病的文献,建立针灸处方数据库,利用Excel 2010、IBM SPSS Modeler 18、SPSS 22.0软件对其进行描述性分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果最终纳入相关文献90篇,涉及腧穴63个,穴位埋线治疗癫痫选用频次最高的腧穴为大椎、腰奇、丰隆、心俞、鸠尾。应用频次最高的经脉为督脉、足太阳膀胱经,足阳明胃经。常用特定穴交会穴、络穴、背俞穴。关联规则分析:二阶、三阶关联支持度最高的分别为大椎→腰奇、大椎→筋缩+腰奇以及腰奇→癫痫穴+丰隆三者使用频次最高;聚类分析:可以得出4类有效聚类群和6类辨证分析规律。结论通过数据挖掘技术,总结出穴位埋线治疗癫痫病的腧穴和经脉的内在规律,为穴位埋线治疗癫痫病的临床选穴提供循证依据。

Objective To analyze the acupoint selection regularity of the thread embedding therapy forepilepsyso as to provide reference and evidence for clinical application.Methods Four databases were electronically retrieved,including CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wan Fang Data to establish the prescription database.Excel 2010 software,IBM SPSS Modeler 18 software and SPSS 22.0 softwarewere applied to conduct the descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis.Results A total of 90 papers were recruited,and 63 acupoints were selected in these papers.The most frequently-selected main acupoints for epilepsy using acupoint thread embedding wereDazhui(DU14),Yaoqi(EX-B8),Fenglong(ST40),Xinshu(BL15)and Jiuwei(RN15).The most frequently-selected channelswereDu meridian,bladdermeridian and stomach meridian.Specific acupoints such as intersection acupoints,Luo-connecting acupoints,back-Shu acupoints were emphasized.Descriptive analysis indicatedthe highest degree of correlation support of the second and third stage wereDazhui(DU14)→Yaoqi(EX-B8),Dazhui(DU14)→Jinsuo(DU8)+Yaoqi(EX-B8),Yaoqi(EX-B8)→Dianxian+Fenglong(ST40).Clustering analysis obtained 4 kinds of effective groups and 6 kinds of syndrome differentiation analysis rules.Conclusion This study summarized the acupoint selection of thread embedding for treating epilepsy based on data mining technology,giving evidence for clinical acupoint thread embedding treatment of epilepsy.
