针灸防治青少年近视选穴规律探究

Study on Acupuncture Prevention and Treatment of Myopia Selection in Adolescents

目的采用文献计量学方法对近10年针灸防治青少年近视研究的选穴进行统计分析,总结其选穴规律,为临床针灸治疗近视的选穴提供参考。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),检索时间为2009年1月1日—2019年1月1日,纳入针灸防治青少年近视的临床原始研究的文献,采用频数分析对其穴位归经、应用频次进行分析。结果共纳入40篇相关文献,涉及43个穴位,11条经脉,4个经外奇穴。穴位使用的总频次共248次,与足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经、足少阳胆经联系密切。结论针灸防治青少年近视选穴应重视经脉循行、关注配穴加减、强调辨证论治。

Objective To use bibliometric method to statistically analyze the acupoints selection of treating adolescent myopia in the past 10 years,summarize the acupuncture point selection rule,and provide reference for the acupuncture point selection for clinical acupuncture treatment.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Databaseand Chongqing Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals Database(VIP)were searched.The search time was from January 1,2009 to January 1,2019.The clinical primitives of acupuncture prevention and treatment of adolescent myopia were included.The frequency analysis was used to analyze the acupuncture points and the frequency of application.Results A total of 40 related researches were included,involving 43 acupoints,11 meridiansand 4 extra meridian points.A total of 248 acupuncture points were used,which were closely related to the foot Taiyang bladder meridian,foot Yangming stomach meridianand foot Shaoyanggallbladder meridian.Conclusion Acupuncture prevention and treatment of acupuncture in adolescents myopiashould pay attention to meridian circulation and addition and subtraction of acupoints,and emphasize syndrome differentiation.
