摘要
保证电力系统稳定可靠地运行,是保证我国各个行业稳定持续发展的重要前提。在我国的中低压配电网中大多数采用小电流接地系统,但是小电流接地系统发生故障类型最多的就是单相接地故障,发生故障后长时间运行还可能发展成多相短路故障,所以,高效准确地挑选出故障以及排除故障在电力系统运行中十分重要。提出的选线方法其特征在于根据输电线路的工作环境,匹配结合多种选线方法的方案组,融合故障信息后再根据设定的算法做出决策。每次决策结果都会.上传至数据仓库系统,根据数据仓库中统计的数据,更新算法中的常量,从而大大提高了配电网的选线精确性。
Ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the power system is an important prerequisite to ensure the stable and sustainable development of various industries in China.In most of medium and lower voltage power distribution network,small current grounding system is often adopted,but most of the small current grounding system failure is single-phase ground fault,which,after running for a long time,may also develop into multiphase short circuit fault.Therefore,it is very important to pick out and troubleshoot faults efficiently and accurately in the operation of power system.The characteristic of the proposed line selection method lies in that the scheme group of multiple line selection methods is matched,and then the decision is made according to the set algorithm after the fusion of fault information based on the working environment of transmission line.Each decision result will be uploaded to the data warehouse system,and the constant in the algorithm will be updated according to the statistical data in the data warehouse,thus greatly improving the accuracy of distribution network line selection.
