500 kV单回路复合横担悬垂塔的设计及有限元仿真分析

摘要 结合实际工程设计了一种500kV单回路复合横担悬垂塔。通过有限元软件对不同工况下复合横担悬垂塔的位移、轴力、弯矩及应力等进行了分析,分析结果表明,复合横担塔设计合理可靠,能够满足工程的实际应用要求。 Combined with the engineering practice,a kind of composite cross-arm overhanging tower is designed on 500 kV single circuit transmission line.The displacement,axial force,bending moment and stress under different working conditions are analyzed based on the finite element software.The analysis results show that the design of composite cross-arm tower is reasonable and reliable,which can meet the practical application requirement of the project.
