摘要
采用循环水节水除垢剂技术,将城市中水(一级A)应用于开式循环冷却系统,通过药剂络合及自软化技术锁住Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+),阻止结垢;通过提高浓缩倍率≥5倍,节约用水;通过在金属表面络合成膜,防止腐蚀;通过切断细菌藻类营养源,抑制细菌藻类生长。
Urban recycled water(level-A)has been applied to the open circulation cooling system by using the technology of water-saving scale remover for circulating water,and the scale formation is prevented by using agent complexation and locking Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)and self-softening technology.Water is saved by increasing the concentration rate≥5 times;corrosion is prevented by complexation on the metal surface to form a film and the growth of bacteria and algae is inhibited by cutting off the nutrient source of bacteria and algae.
