摘要
针对传统石墨提纯方法存在试剂有毒、污染环境、能耗大、成本高等缺点。探讨了利用非转移等离子弧净化石墨的技术路线,设计了专用等离子体石墨净化装置。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪等对非转移等离子弧处理石墨前后石墨的外观形貌及元素痕量进行了表征。实验表明:气体流速为25L/min、电流为300A、进料速度为100g/min、循环次数为3次条件下石墨净化效果最佳;非转移等离子弧净化石墨方法简单高效。
The traditional graphite purification method has some disadvantages such as toxic reagents,environmental pollution,high energy consumption,and high cost.This paper discusses the technical route of purifying graphite using a non-transfer plasma arc and designs aspecialplasma graphite purification device.The appearance and a trace amount of graphitewere characterized byX-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The experimental results show that when the purification conditions are gas flow rate of 25L/min,current of the 300A,feed rate of lOOg/min,the number of cycles is set at three,the graphite purification effect is the best.The method of graphite purification by non-transfer plasma arc is proved simple and efficient.
