生鲜冷链复杂的特点为食品污染提供机会,区块链被提出可用于食品安全领域,但.决策者缺乏投资参考。通过构造含生产者、销售商与消费者的进口冷链模型,引入新鲜度与安全可信度参数,比较分析两种不同技术投资模式下的供应链收益情况。研究结果显示在一定投资成本范围内,区块链以提升新鲜与真实度增强产品安全可信度,提升周转水平,增强消费信心的路径来增强供应链整体收益,保证终端冷链食品质量安全,并为决策者投资提供参考。

Complex features of fresh cold chain provide opportunities for food pollution,so it is cack of block chain pratical experience support for us to take technology to be used in the field of food safety.This paper constructs the aortcold chain model including producers,vendors and consumers,introducing freshness and security credibility parameters,to comparethe the supply chain income in two different technical investment models.The research results show that the block chain canenhance the safe credibility of product safety,the level of consump-tionand guarantee the quality and safety of the terminal cold sein food quality,.And it provides some reference for decision making.
