摘要
目的制备硫化氢缓释凝胶并评价其对糖尿病小鼠皮肤溃疡创面愈合的影响。方法将包覆环糊精的二烯丙基三硫醚(DATS@CD)溶解于海藻酸盐凝胶中,将谷胱甘肽(GSH)溶解于含有氯化钙的壳聚糖(Cs)凝胶中;应用所得产物治疗糖尿病溃疡小鼠皮肤创面。结果 DATS能与GSH和CD反应,产生硫化氢,并能有效减缓反应速率。动物实验结果表明其可以促进糖尿病小鼠皮肤溃疡的愈合。结论成功制备硫化氢缓释凝胶。该凝胶能有效促进糖尿病小鼠皮肤溃疡的愈合。
Objective To prepare delayed-release hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)gel and evaluate its effects on the healing of skin ulcer wound in diabetic mice.Methods β-Cyclodextrin-coated diallyl trithioether(DATS@CD)was dissolved in alginate gel,and glutathione(GSH)was dissolved in calcium chloride gel with chitosan(Cs).The resultant substance was used to treat skin ulcer wound in diabetic mice.Results DATS reacted with GSH and CD to produce H_(2)S,and effectively slowed the rate of reaction,while stimulating the healing of skin ulcer in diabetic mice.Conclusions Delayed-release H_(2)S gel is successfully prepared,which can effectively promote the healing of skin ulcer in diabetic mice.
