摘要
现代大学治理体系的完善是现代大学制度的重要内容。"双一流"建设对我国现代大学治理提出了新的要求,新公共管理主义理念已经无法满足现代大学治理的要求。现代大学治理结构具有动态性、责权分明、因地制宜的特征。领导主义理念与现代大学治理具有高度的契合性,基于领导主义理念,我国大学应共享领导力、营造创新环境、明确权力结构以实现现代大学共同治理。
The improvement of modern university governance system is an important part of modern university system. In the construction of"double first-class"universities the new requirements have been put forward for modern university governance in China,and the concept of new public management has been unable to meet the requirements of modern university governance. The governance structure of modern university has the characteristics of dynamic,clear responsibilities and rights,and adjusting measures to local conditions. The idea of leadership is highly compatible with modern university governance. Based on the concept of leadership,China’s universities should share leadership,create an innovation environment,and clarify the power structure so as to realize the common governance of modern universities.
