新工科背景下,加强思想政治课建设应围绕立德树人根本任务,以学生为中心,构建由个人发展、教学建设和育人制度组成的高校思政课育人体系三重逻辑。充分发挥思政课对于推动知识完整发展、能力综合发展、素质协调发展的支撑作用,实现以学生为中心的全面发展;加强课堂教学、实践教学和数字技术建设,构建思政课教学生态系统;创建有利于培育思政课教学生态的协同育人平台。

To strengthen the construction of ideological and political course in the background of new engineering,we should focus on the fundamental task of moral education,take students as the center,and build the triple logic of ideological and political education system composed of personal development,teaching construction and education system in universities. We should give full play to the supporting role of ideological and political course in promoting the complete development of knowledge,the comprehensive development of ability and the coordinated development of quality so as to realize the overall student-centered development,strengthen classroom teaching, practice teaching and digital technology construction to build a ideological and political teaching ecosystem,and create a collaborative education platform conducive to cultivating the teaching ecology of ideological and political course.
